Any aromatherapy product may be returned for a full refund within 30 days of purchase less shipping and handling. All sales are final on virgin crystals, they cannot be returned as they will have been touched. CD'S are refundable only if in original packaging and unopened. All e -books are non refundable. Deposits on tours and retreats are refundable with a written and acknowledged request for refund 14 days prior to the tour or beginning of the retreat. Balance of retreats and tours are due upon arrival. There are no refunds for tours or retreats once the event has begun. We are not responsible for weather conditions or other acts of god, such as lava flows or other conditions beyond our control - such as airport and port closures. You understand that we are not a medical facility and make no medical claims for our products or services.
