Introduction

My name is Hope.  I am 21 years old and on a journey to heal my mind, body and spirit.  I was introduced to Keala through a serendipitous series of events and I truly truly am grateful that I have.  I was referred to her by a beautiful soul I met at one of these divine events.  She mentioned she was WOOFing on a farm where there was a healer who worked with eating disorders.  I was pleased to hear this since I have been trying to rid myself of my addiction to bulimia.  I have been working with Keala for 5 weeks now.  It has been an outpatient program, since I am a student at the college, where we meet once a week for Hypnotherapy and Reiki Healing sessions.  At first I had no idea what to expect.  I have never been hypnotized nor have I ever gone through any guided visualization;, my imagination was overflowing with ideas of what would happen.  It was nothing like I expected.  She allows you to pick crystals, I go with clear quartz (purification) and lepitalite (balances moods/bipolar) as a must and a few others whose energy fits the occasion.  You lay down and she begins putting you in a trance using relaxation techniques of clearing your mind and visualizations of the ocean to put you in a deeper hypnosis.  She provides you with a sacred space and brings forth any spirit guides that will assist you in your session; then you are ready to ask your question.  I have had 5 experiences with Keala and each grows far more profound and healing. I am eager to become completely healed, but I understand it is a bumpy process and will take time and hard effort on my part.  I am up for the challenge and am so blessed to have Keala here to facilitate my healing process.
