WOMEN'S HEALING RETREATS
We address the eating issues of anorexia, bulimia, overeating, binging, obesity, adult onset diabetes, digestion concerns, etc.
We have a terrific program that can help you regain control of your eating issues and help you learn how make food your friend. Whether you eat too much or just don't eat right, we will help you find the right way to eat for you. We customize your program to fit your needs and your situation. No two people are alike and we help you find your way down the river of moderation while living in the real world. Diets don't work and restrictive regimens don't either. You need to find a way to eat healthy without starving or feeling deprived.
We combine the healthy eating habits of Food Combining and moderate exercise while eliminating negative behaviors and thought patterns so you can begin a new life of good health and happiness. We work with you on an individual basis so we can optimize the results you want and be able to stay on track long after you have bid us ALOHA. We work hard to make your stay here and your life after a success.

It is really very simple, we help you find the source of your disharmony through the use of Hypnotherapy. The subconscious not only reveals the roots of the problem but will provide you with your unique and appropriate path to your recovery. The Healing Process is encouraged by nurturing the body with Aromatherapy Massages, Acupuncture, a Hawaiian Salt Rub, Complete Body Alignments, Reiki, Crystal work, Reflexology and other Alternative Therapies. We have Guided Visualizations that continue the progression of emotional and spiritual growth. Our workshops help our guests learn how to take care of yourself and others long after you leave us. Our Positive Thinking course allows you to stay in Harmony with yourself and the universe. This is an easy, useful and practical way to get through life’s ups and downs on a every day basis. We now are a residential facility for women only. We are located in Beautiful Kapoho only Two blocks from the ocean and snorkeling, a short bike ride to a thermally heated warm pond, and just a leisurely walk to the Green lake- a place out of fairy tale book. We are truly blessed by this magical healing environment that relaxes and soothes the spirits of all who take refuge here and come to heal.

Persons with Eating Disorders or Emotional Needs are advised that at least four weeks will be required. For anorexia and bulimia the length of your stay will depend on the nature and length of your illness. We find that we have excellent results for bulimia with a eight week program and anorexia takes 16 weeks. If you have been ill for ten years it is just naturally going to take longer to heal than if has been just a year a two.Retreats are going on continuously with no more than FIVE WOMEN at any one time. We are now a residential facility so we have tailored our programs for the well being of women.

Please remember we are out in the middle of the Pacific ocean so we are 3 hours behind west coast and 6 hours behind EST. Which means if you call from New York at 11 am, it is 5 am here, etc. Mahalo for your consideration. We take toll free calls from Canada now too! Please note that you will need to fly into HILO, HAWAII from HONOLULU. If you fly into Kona we will have to charge you $150 for pickup as it is a 3hr drive each way.

Our facility is located in a quiet vacation residential area, 10 miles from the small village of Pahoa. We usually have a morning therapy- hypnotherapy or aromatherapy massage, an early or late afternoon workshop and an evening activity or workshop. The rest of your time is free to go biking, walking, snorkeling- a block and a half away, tide-pooling or visiting the thermally heated warm pond a mile and a half away. Also please note that if you need to be constantly entertained and have never ending activities to occupy your time or want to be treated like a diva, this is not the place for you. We do not have TV or radio, but do have videos for viewing at night. Because of our location most cell phones do not work from here. Phone cards are advised for your long distance calls. We also adhere to quiet times of 10 pm to 8 am and 2 pm to 4 pm.

We require a $500 deposit to hold your space, the rest of the balance is due upon arrival.
*If you cancel for any reason without a two week notice prior to your arrival your deposit is non returnable. We have to turn away people if you commit to a spot and this is a situation where it is not a spur of the moment impulse to come. We and other people have to plan schedules. Please call and talk to us to see if our program is a good fit for you, as there are no refunds once you arrive. We will do everything we can to help you heal, in return we require three things.. no drug or alcohol problems, the deep desire to want to heal and the genuine effort it takes on your part to help you make that happen. Without those, nothing will help you. With those we can help you make miracles happen.
We do NOT accept people with alcohol or drug issues. If you are a recovering alcoholic or addict you must have at least three months of sobriety to enter the program.
