1st and 3rd weekend of every month.

 VOLCANO SPECIAL

 includes - an afternoon Puna Paradise and a early evening Lava Flume and Flow on Saturday and a Sunday morning Volcano Rim tour and an afternoon East Side Waterfall tour.

So you can fly into Hilo on Saturday where he meets everyone at the airport at 2pm.  He will return you to Banyan Drive (where most of Hilo's Hotels are) in Hilo that night around eight or nine pm. Pick up on Banyan Drive at 9 am the next morning and drop off at Banyan drive at 5pm on Sunday.

Dinner box will be supplied on Saturday and Box lunch on Sunday. Water and Sodas are included.

All parties are responsible for their own lodging and air fare.

Day Tripping on the East Side

Pickup in Hilo to see the beauty of Lilioukalani Japanese Gardens. be beguiled by the beautiful Rainbow falls, climb and hug a Kumu Banyan Tree, then take a dip in the Wailuku River. Enjoy the Panoramic Coastal Scenery of North Hilo and trek up a coastal river to peer from behind the rushing Sacred Waterfalls and then on to be awed by the spectacular 411 ft. Akaka falls and sister fall Kahuna. You'll relax or romp in the river or beach at Kole Kole Beach Park and enjoy a scrumptious lunch overlooking the ocean. Then on through the enchanted forest of the east coast of Hawaii to the Thermally Heated Warm pond of kapoho to soak and relax and rally for Snorkeling in the protected Kapoho Tide Pools. As we head out of Kapoho we'll stop off at the unique Lava Tree State Park and then top the day off with a Steam Vent Bath & Cleansing and Commune with Madam Pele. Pickup at 8am in Hilo and 8:15 Kea'au, drop off at approximately 5 pm.

KAZUMURA LAVA TUBE TOUR

A two hour underground adventure into the heart of Madam Pele's pristine and untouched Kazumura Lava Tube guided by an avid spelunker to give you the inside scoop of her mysterious workings- this is not your picked over five minute walk through ho hum Thurston Lava tube-this is going in to the bowels of the earth for a close encounter. Truly a one of a kind experience- all equipment is provided. Must wear long sleeve shirt, long pants, closed toed walking/hiking shoes and adhere to the no taking and touching policy to help preserve the raw beauty of this Hawaiian Treasure. You must be at least eight years of age and be able to climb steep ladders and hike without assistance. Tours are eight am, 10:30 am and 1 pm. Six people maximum.

 $65 per person

 

VOLCANO LAVA FLOW TOUR

We start off with a visit to Akastuka Orchid Gardens and the on to our nationally acclaimed Volcano Winery and then off to the Volcanoes National Park.  At the Volcanoes National Park we will stop at the Volcano Visitors Center and Volcano House hotel for spectacular vistas, the on to the Steam vents, Hale Maumau Crater, Jaegger Museum and a walk through Thurston Lava tube and on down to the ocean along Chain of Craters Road to view the active Lava Flow. This is a full day enjoying the awe inspiring creations of Madam Pele.  Lava Flow action may vary subject to Madam Pele.  This tour leaves mid afternoon and gets back around 10 at night. Dinner and snack included.

VOLCANOES NATIONAL PARK

PUNA PARADISE

This tour is not for the timid or shy because it centers around a day of fun on a Black Sand Beach (Stark Naked or NoT). We will be stopping in the very unique Village of Pahoa on our way to give you some local culture.... well it's actually more like being time warped into the 1960's Haight Asbury district. Old hippies, young hippies, interesting local personalities and a great spirit of just anything goes. Kahena Black Sand Beach is an east side adventure in itself whereby you have to traverse a steep path down to the shore where wild oceans waters are enjoyed by the brave . Clothing is optional and the feeling of acceptance is universal. Kahena is often visited by Dolphins year round and the Whales drop by from January to May. We top this day off with a stop Pohoiki Bay for Turtle Sightings, a dip in the Thermally heated Warm Pond -swimsuits a must, and then on to the Steam Vents to purify the body and spirit while communing with Madam Pele - clothes optional. Pickup in HIlo at 9 am and drop off around 6 pm.
